Nuxeo is hosting its user conference virtually this year from November 16th to the 20th, 2020. This year, it will include a day dedicated to Digital Asset Management and another day dedicated to Enterprise Content Management (as well as days for Cloud, Low-Code Development, and a Developer Day). The schedule is designed to fit in with users’ workdays, with each day of the conference scheduled to go for two hours (ending at 9 am if you are on the US West Coast).
The sessions that we’re most looking forward to include one on Monday in which Nuxeo’s CTO talks about benchmarking Nuxeo with 11 billion documents, and a session on Wednesday that showcases how some major brands are handling digital assets.
A highly-adaptable platform
Nuxeo is a highly-adaptable platform. The way that the platform is configured makes the difference as to whether it serves as a traditional digital asset management or media asset management system, a product information system, an enterprise content management system, or a case management system.
This is part of what makes the platform so powerful. Its adaptability means that it can be the ideal solution for a company that wants the reliability of a commercial, off the shelf (COTS) solution, with hotfixes, security updates, and ongoing investment by the software provider, but also needs the flexibility of a built-to-purpose solution. This also means that, even more so than with other types of software, if your company uses Nuxeo or is considering using it, you could benefit from hearing about the platform’s latest features and about how other companies are using the platform.
